Layaway Program

In order to make the purchase of your instrument as easy as possible, we offer a layaway program according to the following terms.  Please contact us below to arrange a layaway.

DEPOSIT:  Initial deposit of at least 25% of the total purchase price.                                         

​

PAYMENTS:  At least monthly, for a maximum of 90 days.                                                          

​

EARLY PAYOFF:  There are no penalties for early payoff.                                                             

​

CHARGES:  There are no additional fees or charges for a completed layaway.                         

 

CANCELLATION:  Request a cancellation in writing at any time prior to shipping.                   

 

RESTOCKING FEE:  On cancellation of your layaway, a restocking fee of 20% of the              

purchase price will be charged.                               

 

REFUNDS:  Refunds for cancelled layaways (less restocking fees) may be sent AFTER           

the item is returned to stock and sold at a later date.

 

FORFEITURE:  Unless prior arrangements have been made in writing, items not paid within

90 days of the initial deposit will be considered abandoned and

returned to stock.  No refunds will be given.

 

SHIPPING:  Items will be shipped after final payment has been made.

LOSS:  In the case of loss or damage to your item while in our care, compensation will not    

exceed the total of payments actually received.
