Bach Stradivarius LT180S43 43* Lightweight Silver Trumpet

Bach Stradivarius LT180S43 silver Bb trumpet for sale. ML bore. An upgrade from the standard 180S37, with a #43 bell and a lightweight body, making this a much more lively, centered, and brilliant horn compared to the standard 37.  S/n 135XXX makes this a late 70’s Strad with the sought-after Corporation bell.  It is in excellent condition:  silver plate about 99% with little if any wear at all, and just a few scattered, small marks left over from past dent removal. No signs of major dents, bell repairs or red rot.  It is truly a great-looking horn.  Unlike most of the trumpets you may be looking at, this one is just through the shop where it was chem cleaned, detergent cleaned, lubed, polished, and had a new water key cork, new slide O-rings, new piston felts, and a new stop rod bumper installed. All tuning slides free including the third-valve dump slide. Valves are fast and smooth and quiet with excellent compression. Come in the original Bach case in excellent condition—handle leather is separating at the ends, but the metal band under it is intact and solid—and even includes both keys.  A versatile horn from a great period in Bach's history--great for solo, jazz, and marching band work--and hard to find on the used market!
