Buffet Crampon R13 Clarinet W/ New Valentino Pads

One of several Buffet Crampon R13 clarinets we are offering for sale.  This is a Bb horn in silver plate rather than nickel—a $560 upgrade and much harder to find on the used market.  Serial number 203XXX makes this a nice 1980 vintage, and it is in near-perfect condition:  plating about 99.9% with little wear if any at all, no cracks or chips, square tenons with no wobble between joints, and just through the shop in February 2025 where it was bore oiled and had all new Valentino pads installed—one of the longest lasting, quietest pads available.  An open, warm horn with good intonation in all registers. Includes the Buffet reed case, new ProTec microfiber cloth, and a new SuperSlick chamois swab.  All in the slim pochette case which is also in excellent condition.  A great-playing instrument from a great period with a soft, easy feel to the keywork, and at more than $2,500 less than new!
