Buffet Crampon R13 Greenline Clarinet W/ New Valentino Pads

One of several professional clarinets we are offering for sale. This one is a Buffet Crampon R13 Greenline in Bb. This is Buffet’s crack-resistant, weather-resistant R13 designed to with stand the abuse of outside performances.  It is in excellent condition: No chips, cracks or repairs, and tenons are square with no wobble between joints.  Mostly silver plated (a $520 upgrade!) but I did have to swap in two keys (I think the LH Eb trill and the upper ring on the upper joint) which are nickel.  You probably would never have noticed, and as you can see in the photos, it’s a great-looking instrument. Plating about 99% with little if any wear at all.  Just through the shop where it was disassembled, cleaned, and had all new Valentino synthetic pads installed.  Plays very nicely with a full, warm tone, excellent projection, and consistent intonation across the entire horn. S/n 619XXX is far too new for the published lists, but 2010-2011 will be very close.  Cork grease and key oil are for local pickup only and will not be shipped, but it does include a new ProTec microfiber cloth and new Super Slick chamois swab. All in the Buffet deluxe, leather attache case with minor wear, and the remnants of a prior owner’s name if you look extremely close in the right light.
