Fox Renard 330 Artist Oboe W/ Cavallaro Case Cover

One of several oboes we are offering for sale. This is a Fox Renard Model 330 Artist. S/n 197XX makes this a relatively new 2002.  It is in exceptional condition: no chips, cracks, repairs or bore damage, silver plating about 99.9% with little if any wear at all. Pads are practically new, and it has obviously been completely overhauled in all cork (including the largest pads) within the past few months.  Just had some very minor tweaking in our shop.  Plays delightfully across the entire instrument, with the caveat that if you are not picking it up in person, oboes do hate airplanes and FedEx trucks, and often need very minor adjustment after shipping. Does not include the third octave key found on the newest 330’s, but it does include the F-resonance key, low Bb, extra trills, and the all-important left F key missing on most beginner and many intermediate oboes. Key oil is for local pickup only, but it does include a brand new silk swab. Comes in the original Fox case with lots of external wear, and also includes a Jean Cavallaro padded, 100% waterproof case cover with strap and external zippered pocket—itself about $75 new. The best 330 you’ll find on the used market, and more than $2,100 less than brand new!
